Enter Church parking lot on the left. Parish gym is adjacent to parking lot.

From the West
LIE to Exit 51 North. (Route 231-Deer Park Rd.)
Continue traveling North on Rt. 231.
After passing the Northern State Pkwy, bear right onto E.Deer Park Road.
Continue until road merges with Route 25 (Jericho Tpke)
Travel East on Route 25 to Larkfield Road (approx. 1 mile)
Make left turn onto Larkfield Road and travel approximately 2 miles to 5th Avenue.
Make right turn on 5th Avenue and proceed 1 block
Enter Church parking lot on the left. Parish gym is adjacent to parking lot.
